Having been in the industry for years, Penelope understands beauty and that each individual is different and there isn’t a “one size fits all” approach. For 1 year I was unable to wax my eyebrows due to medication, so Penelope just did my regular lash lift and tint and she offered to pluck my eyebrows each time to ensure they were still maintained and did this with such care knowing how sensitive my skin was.
