All prices are subject to change!

New clients may be asked to leave a deposit for first appointments.

All clients must complete a client card.

The salon has one treatment room and one beauty therapist, group bookings are only for makeup.

At least 48 hour's notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment is appreciated. Cancelling, rescheduling on the day is a big NO NO as the appointment time cannot be filled with such short notice on the day and in fairness and respect to other clients waiting for appointments and fairness and respect to a small business owner. This business reserves the right to charge 50% of the treatment price for appointments that are missed or when not enough notice is given when cancelling or rescheduling. Obviously emergencies happen and people get sick suddenly and that is completely understandable and out of anyones control. Payment of this fee will allow you to book future appointments.

The salon does have an sms appointment reminder system.

Please thoroughly read the sms appointment reminder before replying. The appointment reminder service which is connected to the appointment system only accepts replies of 'Y' to confirm or 'N' to cancel. Any other form of texts, pictures etc does not come through. If there are any concerns with the appointment, please call the salon asap. The salon landline number (02) 61563885 is the way to make appointments and change appointments.

The salon does not accept any form of social media messages or sms to make appointments or change appointments or for enquiries. Please call the landline salon number!

The salon only has a landline number to call. 

If clients arrive 10 minutes or more late, they have missed their appointment and will need to rebook. This is to prevent delays and to ensure fairness for clients who have arrived on time and treatments need the time required to achieve great results, cuttting short treatment time, does not get great results.

All treatments are completed in the salon. I do not offer mobile beauty services.

Strictest hygiene procedures are followed in this business. Cleaning of the treatment room before and after every client. Hands are washed thoroughly before and after every client. Hand washing facilities are available for clients to use and hand sanitizer and paper towel is also available.

If you have any questions or concerns about your treatment after you leave the salon, please call the salon and speak to Penelope, or leave a message on the voicemail with your full name and contact number and Penelope will call you back asap. No question is a silly question. Always happy to answer any questions.

Please do not come into the salon if you are sick. If you have an appointment please call and reschedule it for 7+ days time until you are better.

A deposit for certain treatments is required at the time of making the appointment. No deposit, no appointment. Deposits can be paid in person or over the phone with a credit card. No bank transfer. 

Group bookings for makeup must pay a 50% deposit of the total group booking to secure an actual appointment time.

Gift Voucher's can be purchased by coming into the salon or by calling 61563885. Gift voucher's have a 3 year expiry date on them set from the date of purchase. This is the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) gift card legislation from 1st November 2019 onwards. 

Gift voucher payment is in person in the salon or by credit card over the phone and vouchers can be posted to the recipient in Canberra/Queanbeyan only. There is no online purchase or emailing of vouchers available at this stage.

Gift voucher's are for full priced services only, no specials, no products.

Gift voucher's cannot be used on Friday afternoon/nights.

Gift voucher's cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be exchanged and cannot be refunded.

Gift voucher's are NOT used (redeemed) in December as this is the busiest time of year with so many events on.

Gift voucher's that a recipient wins are not able to be altered, the voucher and treatment are won as they are without any changes to the treatment. 

An appointment missed when redeeming a Gift voucher will be deemed fulfilled and the voucher voided.

A gift voucher is proof that money has been spent in the salon, the gift voucher is considered to be equal to money, so please put it somewhere safe. Gift voucher's that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
