The salon has one treatment room and one beauty therapist, group bookings are only for makeup.

At least 48 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment is appreciated. Cancelling, rescheduling on the day is a big NO NO as the appointment time cannot be filled with such short notice on the day and in fairness and respect to other clients waiting for appointments and fairness and respect to a small business owner. This business reserves the right to charge 50% of the treatment price for appointments that are missed or when not enough notice is given when cancelling or rescheduling. Obviously emergencies happen and people get sick suddenly and that is completely understandable and out of anyone's control. Payment of this fee will allow you to book future appointments.

The salon does have a sms appointment reminder system.

Please thoroughly read the sms appointment reminder before replying. If there are any concerns with the appointment, time, date etc, please call the salon asap. 

If clients arrive 10 minutes or more late, they have missed their appointment and will need to rebook. This is to prevent delays and to ensure fairness for clients who have arrived on time and treatments need the time required to achieve great results, cutting short treatment time, does not get great results.

All treatments are completed in the salon. I do not offer mobile beauty services.

- Loyalty card available. One card per client. Every 5th Treatment is half price on the loyalty card.  All 5 treatments must be the same treatment. Loyalty card is not transferrable to anyone else.

 

- Refer a friend program - Our clients who refer a friend to the salon will receive 25% off their next appointment. The friend (new client) receives $25 off at their first appointment.  

●Strictest hygiene procedures are followed in this business. Cleaning of the treatment room before and after every client. Hands are washed thoroughly before and after every client. Hand washing facilities are available for clients to use and hand sanitizer and paper towel is also available.

If you have any questions or concerns about your treatment after you leave the salon, please call the salon and have a conversation, or leave a message on the voicemail with your full name and contact number and you will get a call back asap. No question is a silly question. Always happy to answer any questions.

Please do not come into the salon if you are sick. If you have an appointment please call and reschedule it for 7+ days time until you are better.

A deposit for certain treatments is required at the time of making the appointment. No deposit, no appointment. Deposits can be paid in person or over the phone with a credit card. No bank transfer. 

Group bookings for makeup must pay a 50% deposit of the total group booking to secure an actual appointment time.

- Gift Vouchers can be purchased Online or by coming into the salon or by calling the salon number (0412 221 045) 

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:
- Gift voucher must be presented upon redemption, either digital (eg. phone or tablet), or a print out. Please schedule an appointment to ensure service availability.
- Any person who has a copy of your digital gift card can use it, therefore it is your responsibility to keep your digital gift voucher safe and take all measures necessary to secure your email. Do not open your digital gift voucher on a public or shared computer terminal.
- Voucher Purchase Price has a 3-year Expiry Date (This is the ACCC Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) gift voucher legislation from 1st November 2019 onwards) and must be redeemed by the expiry date
- Voucher Number is required at the time of booking.
- Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
- Cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers or be exchanged for cash or products.
- No change is given and any balance remaining on the gift voucher.
- The gift voucher can be used in whole or part against future purchases until the total value of the voucher is exhausted.
- By purchasing or redeeming a Gift Voucher you accept these Terms & Conditions.
